What is the Founders Club?

The Founders Club is a one-time opportunity to be part of the first 200 people supporting and shaping Good Neighbor from day one. It’s not a membership or subscription — it’s early access, gifted credits, priority perks for life, and a place in the beginning of what we’re building.
What’s the difference between Access, Core, and Reserve?

Access - Includes the Founders Jacket and early access to our opening
Core - The full experience: jacket, bag, credits, perks, and opening access
Reserve - Everything in Core, plus deeper access, more credits, and special invites
If you’re planning to spend time at Good Neighbor, most people choose Core or Reserve.
What are the credits and how do they work?

Credits come with the Core and Reserve tiers only, and can be used across: laundry (self-service or wash and fold), café menu, and retail).
They will be provided to you on a gift card, and you’ll choose how many of your credits will be applied for the laundromat and how many for the cafe.
Do the credits expire?

Your gift card will expire one year from the date its physically issued to you.
When can I start using my credits?

You’ll be able to use your credits once Good Neighbor officially opens (target dates are April 27th for the laundromat and May 1st for the cafe). We’ll keep all Founders Club members updated on timing and give you early access before the public.
When will I receive my jacket and bag?

We’ll share production and pickup details shortly after the drop. Our goal is to have everything ready for pickup at the block party.
Are quantities limited?

Yes, the Founders Club is capped at 200 total spots (75 access, 75 core, 50 reserve). Once it sells out, it won’t be reopened.
Can I transfer or gift this?

Yes, you can purchase a Founders Club spot as a gift. When you check out, you can put the recipient’s name and email, or put your own and we’ll assist you after purchase to assign the status to someone else. And of course, you are free to gift your jacket and gift card to anyone you’d like.
Is this refundable?

All Founders Club purchases are final. Because this is a limited release with made-to-order items, we’re not able to offer refunds.
What happens after I purchase?
